  1. Hi! I know how you feel, I sometimes don’t get along with my groupmates, too. But I guess, I have the advantage of being the “ate” in my group, so, they at least listen to me, kahit konti.
I suggest you try to stick it out with this group, no matter how hard it may seem, having worked at a big company before I went into Nursing, I can tell you this much: you will never get along with everyone. No matter how hard you try, you’ll meet people who seem to rub you the wrong way, and it’s actually much, much worse in real life than it is in school. Especially sa hospitals, it’s rampant with intrigue and politics na talagang ikasasama ng loob mo. Just do your best to try and get along, consider it as training..it is a jungle out there!
And anyway, if you really have low days, just think na, with such rotten attitudes, they probably will not pass the boards or even if they do, their patients will hate them and they’ll lose their jobs! Thoughts like that get me through the worst of it.
    Take care!

  2. yeah.. you’re right…. it’ll be worse in the real world….. why can’t things just be great for all of us???? ;-) lol*** wishful thinking… hehehe
…tomorrow will be our last duty for this rotation.. and just today, 2 of my dutymates fought over some “extension” issue… just another story… well… after they fought… it made me realize, i’m in this freakin’ world… and the world is not fair! it had never been…. so…. guess…i should junk whatever it is that i don’t like about the group and just go with the flow.. i’m trying… it’s just…. “not easy”…….. thanks for your concern ate cyn!

  5. well… guess i’m beginning to accept the different personalities of everyone in the group.. it ain’t bad afterall…. guess…i feel better now… not just because it’ll be the end of this rotation, but at least now i’ve come to think about things over…they may not be as good and as crazy as the previous people i’ve worked with, but…guess i just need to adjust and be more flexible…. ;-)
